I started CodeXcelerate in April 2023 after years of freelancing for startups who kept asking the same thing: a team that ships fast, communicates clearly, and actually cares about outcomes. The problem wasn't a shortage of developers — it was a shortage of teams who treated a founder's product like their own. We grew from solo projects into a tight, senior team that does exactly that.
Why CodeXcelerate exists
Most agencies either charge US rates for offshore juniors, or charge offshore rates and deliver offshore quality. CodeXcelerate exists in the middle: senior engineers based in India, working transparently with founders in the US, UK and Australia — at 60–70% of what a comparable Western agency charges, with none of the communication overhead.
