Marketplace apps all assume money changes hands — but millions of usable items sit idle because selling is friction and buying costs cash. We built Let's Barter at CodeXcelerate Labs to prove a smarter model: trade what you have for what you need, with AI doing the matchmaking.

We designed the entire experience around one magic moment: point your camera at any item, and AI tells you what it is and what you could realistically get for it in barter. Around that we built the marketplace mechanics — listings, timed bidding, in-app chat and trust systems.
A full barter marketplace on iOS and Android: AI product scanning with instant trade suggestions, category-based exploring, time-boxed bidding with live offers, chat to finalize swaps, profile activity tracking, rewards and a global leaderboard ranked by successful trades.
